Teenage Angst

The artwork below is from my high school portfolio. It had been tucked away in the attic, gathering dust for nearly twenty years.

Opening it after all that time felt surreal. As I flicked through the pages of unfinished sketch books I was flooded with excitement and ideas about ways to pick up right from where I left off. It felt surprisingly natural, like reconnecting with a long-lost friend I hadn’t realised I’d missed so much.
